Character's name: England/Igirisu/Iggy/Britain/UK, Arthur Kirkland.
Character description:
He has short, messy, blonde hair, green eyes, and very large eyebrows. He generally wears either his military uniform or a dapper suit and tie combo. He is cynical, potty-mouthed, and it has been rumored by many fans that he is a tsundere (Japanese term for a person who when in love with someone, denies it to the best of their ability, usually quite violently or loudly). He is easily annoyed and has a short temper, but he is very good with strategy and war in general. He likes tea and scones, and is not a very good cook. When America was a child, England served as his mentor, guiding him into the big world of being a nation, treating him with more attention than his other colonies, until America declared independence. He now treats America very meanly, and only every now and again showing kindness, although he still cares for America deeply. He used to be a pirate, before he decided to get into his gentleman role. He is also advanced in the art of black magic, and can see magical creatures the other nations cannot. He has a bad relationship with France, which seems to go back as far as their childhood together. He is known as being one of the most powerful and richest countries in the world, although it does not always show. He also has brothers, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland. It is thought that England was bullied by Scotland as a child, and now he still does not get along with his brothers, as he refuses to give them independence.

The leaves crackled underneath Arthur's feet as he ran through what he had come to know as London in the fall. It was cold and raining, and Arthur was starting to wonder why on earth he had not brought an umbrella. He looked at his hand to try and find the directions to where he was meant to meet Francis for what he had been told was 'a confidential meeting'. He rain had reduced his notes to a splattered mess of ink and water. He cursed under his breath, and stopped to try and look around.
"Ugh, where is that bugger? He said we needed to meet right away, if someone like him was in a rush, then it must have been-" He trailed off, as he rain got even heavier. "Maybe I can call him-" He stumbled around in his pocket, trying to find his mobile phone. His blind searching was suddenly interrupted.
"Arthur!" A thick French accent called out. "Thank God you came."
Arthur's head whipped round to see the Frenchman standing on the pavement under an umbrella. He was just as Arthur had known him to be, except for one new feature that made him curious, and a small pang of concern (a feeling he was not used to feeling, and it made his heart feel uncomfortable, so he tried his best to avoid it) came over him.
Francis had a large bandage around the top of his head.
For a second, he wondered what had caused such a thing, and what Francis wanted to talk about so urgently. But then his cold nature forced him to shake it off and focus on getting dry.
"Indeed it has, Frog." He hurried under Francis' umbrella. "Why don't we get out of this rain and get a cuppa?"
"My pleasure, Angleterre." Francis grinned.
